If, due to Coronavirus you need to postpone or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible - we always look at cancellations on an individual basis but wouldn't charge direct bookings if related to the pandemic.  



Cleaning Processes

 

We would like to reassure our guests that we have taken on very strict cleaning protocols to make every stay with us safe and enjoyable.

Between each set of guests the rooms are cleaned to a high standard:

Firstly, we strip the bed including removing the mattress protectors and pillow protectors, spray the mattress with an antibacterial  and antivirus spray, clear all waste and remove the hospitality tray.  The next stage is cleaning the room with sanitising cleaning products. This includes all surfaces, door handles, light switches, remotes.

We use fresh clean mattress protectors and pillow protectors to dress your bed. A set of clean, fluffy towels, face cloths and bath mat that are washed at 60 degrees and includes an antibacterial laundry cleanser which kills 99.9% of bacteria in with the fabric conditioner are laid out for you. Our bed linen is sent away to be industrially laundered. Your sanitised hospitality tray is filled with new stock for you to enjoy.

Finally, we go all over the room, light switches, door handles and surfaces with a disinfectant spray, which has a lovely fresh smell.

 

Dining

 

In order to observe the 1 metre plus social distancing rule we will serve meals in the Dining Room and the Sitting Room. We'll agree on a time for breakfast with you when you arrive - we offer 2 sittings of 45 minutes each, so you feel more confident about social distancing and not rushed. You'll be asked to  pre-order your breakfast the evening before, including what you'd like from the buffet. This will be brought straight to you once you're seated - we come to you!


Registration

 

We will send you an online registration form two weeks prior to your visit for you to complete and submit,  so you don't have to complete it when you arrive.
