Wonderful place
Outstanding with delicious food. Spotlessly clean and well thought out decor. The Garden Suite had a patio with lavender and fuschias. The hosts were polite and helpful. A relaxing and wonderful time in a beautiful location.

Fab hosts!
Gregg was a fab host! Very welcoming and happy to give suggestions of places to eat nearby. The BnB is in a great location. Designated parking and walkable to local shops and restaurants.Cooked breakfast was great with various options too.Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again :)

General Policy

Reservations

You are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions when making a reservation.We respectfully remind guests that a reservation, whether made online, by email, telephone or letter is a legally binding contract. We do not accept group bookings and reserve the right to cancel bookings made directly or via a third party any group bookings made without our knowledge.

Age Restrictions

We welcome guests, aged 14 and over to stay at Lee House. The maximum occupancy in each room is 2 people. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult staying in the room. Hollerday offers twin beds.

Cancellations

Your direct reservation is made with Lee House / the Management and represents a legally binding contract between us. We will require a debit/credit card number to secure the booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Here is our cancellation policy:

Bookings cancelled greater than 7 days prior to 4pm on the day of check in will incur no charge.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of 4pm on the day of check in will be charged the full cost of your stay.
Non-arrival on the day of check in will incur a charge the full cost of your stay.

We will make every endeavour to re-let the room. If the room can be re-let to the full value of the cancelled booking there will be no charge. In order to avoid this undesirable situation, we would strongly advise you to arrange holiday insurance cover. In the event of a delayed arrival or early departure, there can be no credit for room nights or meals not taken during your stay.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking with a full refund after confirmation has been received.
We also reserve the right to terminate your stay without being liable for any refund or compensation when discomfort or distress is caused to other guests.
Whilst we endeavour to supply your first choice of accommodation we reserve the right to change the room if and where necessary. There will be no extra charge in the event of an upgrade.

Change of booking details

Subject to availability and at our discretion, we may agree a request for minor alterations to bookings up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival, but any reduction in the number of nights and/or guests booked constitutes a part cancellation and will be treated on a pro-rata basis.Bookings that cannot be rescheduled in the current season may be treated as a cancellation on the part of the guest and the cancellation policy will apply.

No refund or reduction will be made for last minute changes to your booking including late arrival, meals not taken, temporary absence or departure earlier than booked (including early departure notified after arrival).

Miscellaneous

Our check in times are 4:00-7:00pm. If you would like to check in earlier or arrive later please get in touch to discuss. There is an additional charge for either of these options.

Full payment for your booking is automaticaly charged to the card details provided on the morning of your arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer to make a cash payment please let us know in advance.

Lee House is a non-smoking and non vaping establishment.

We regret that guests are not permitted to consume takeaway food in any of our bedrooms.
Check out, on your day of departure is by 10.00am.

Parking

Subject to availability, we offer free parking to our guests during their stay at Lee House. Guests are able to park from 4pm on the day of arrival and for 1 hour after check out.
If for any reason we cannot offer parking we will advise in advance.

Breakages and Repairs

We understand that accidents can happen, but we reserve the right to recover the cost of making good any significant damage, breakages, costs for deep cleaning rooms tainted by smoking or other strong aromas, and replacing lost keys. I a breakge occurs we will discuss this with the guest and we reserve the right to charge for anything deemed to be beyond reasonable wear and tear. We will present the guest with a bill/estimate for repairs/replacement and will take steps to recover the cost from the guest.

We hope that you enjoy using our Faith in Nature toiletries whilst here. These are presented in full size metal canisters and contain premium quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They are to be used whilst staying with us. Any canisters removed from the rooms will incur a charge of £10 per unit.
